Harmonic Arts Tea 75g Cleanse Blend

Cleanse a little, build a little.. this is the rhythm that mirrors the ebb and flow of life. Spring is the season when the body is in a natural state of flow, and so is most conducive to encouraging gentle cleansing through supporting the body’s natural detoxification pathways.

Cleanse Blend tea contains a blend of herbs that have been traditionally used as spring cleansers by our ancestors over many generations. Allow this tea to support your body in embracing what all of nature is preparing for, as it melts away those cold frosty bits into a water flow that feeds life.

Ingredients – Burdock, Red Clover, Alfalfa, Pau dArco, Dandelion Leaf, Cleavers, Oregon Grape

Hot Infusions – Hot water is poured over herbs and allowed to steep for 5-15 minutes. Strain and serve. Strength is determined by the amount of herb used, typically 10-20g per 500ml of water. Can also be left to steep overnight for a cold infusion.

Decoction – Lightly simmer herbs in water, just below boiling for 20-60 mins. Strain and serve. Typically 10-25g of tea per 500ml of water is used. Easily prepared in a pot on the stove.
