Returns Policy

At Optimize Nutrition, our commitment is to take excellent care of our customers. If you encounter any issues with an order you placed, please contact us promptly so we can promptly address and resolve the situation. If the mistake is on our end, we assure you that we will make it right.

Customers have the option to return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or credit. In the event that the return is a result of our error (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Upon receipt of your returned package, you can expect to receive a refund or credit within 3-5 working days. In many cases, you may receive the refund sooner. To initiate a return, simply log in to your account, access the order through the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. You will be notified via email once we have received and processed the returned item.


We're pleased to offer free shipping for orders over $99 within Canada. Our team endeavors to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Shipping times typically range from 1-7 business days across Canada, depending on the speed of the courier service selected. Rest assured, we always opt for the quickest available option to minimize your wait time.

Given that our shipping hub is located on the west coast of Vancouver Island, proximity plays a role in expediting delivery times. The closer you are, the quicker you can expect your order to arrive.

As of now, our shipping services are exclusively available within Canada.
