Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

We always do our best to take care of our customers. If there is an issue with an order you placed, contact us asap, so we can help rectify the situation. If there was a mistake on our end we will make sure to make it right.

Customers may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or credit. We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (Example: You received an incorrect or defective item).


You should expect to receive a refund or credit within 3-5 working days of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. 

Shipping

We offer free shipping over $50 in Canada. We will try our best to ship your order within 24 hours after receiving your order. The shipping time can take anywhere from 1-7 business days across Canada, depending on speed of Canada Post. Since our shipping is area is located on Vancouver Island, the closer you are will quicken deliver time.

Currently we only ship within Canada.
