With relaxing passion flower, lemon balm and Valerian Traditional Medicinals' Organic Nighty Night Tea with Valerian will help to give you relief for sleeplessness due to stress, overwork, and anxiety. Great before bedtime for a good night's sleep!

Recommended use: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a night time sleep aid and to help relieve nervousness (calmative/sedative).

Recommended dose: Adults: Drink 1 cup 3-4 times late in the day and 30-60 minutes before bedtime.

Directions for use: Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the bag to release the remaining extract.
